Dive Resort Philippines

Is there anyone out there who can help me? August is just a week away. My concern is the bookings I have to make prior to my trip.

Still no luck. I think I'll just go to Moalboal since it's just within Cebu and perhaps in Dumaguete (according to this guy I talked to when I asked for nice dive spots not far from Cebu City). I hope I can get some recommendations here because I really don't know how to get to these places but it seems that the admins and other members are inactive.
