Tubbataha is an isolated location, so there is no Dive Resort from where you can start your dives there, Tubbataha can only be visited on a liveaboard boat (in the time from March to June).

Liveaboard trips on Sakura are run from mid-March to early June every year.

Trips are all-inclusive minus alcoholic drinks and dive gear rentals
