Mactan Scuba Dive Center is a family business run by Jens Hofmann and his wife Luci. Jens is expat from Germany that settled down here on Mactan Island in 2005. His better half Luci is Filipina from the island of Bohol. Together they have started and running Mactan Scuba Dive Center near Marigondon Beach and a little "beach store" where the beach quests can buy beer, cigarettes, snacks and so on...
