Hello! I'm a diver from the US and have stationed here in Cebu. I've been posting here to ask for your help on how to get to your country's best diving spots but I haven't got any response yet. So I'm hoping that there'll be more activity here from the admins to help out people like me who are not yet that familiar with your country but are willing and able to explore it's underwater beauty. I hope you could also include a list of stuff to get there, even if it's just base from one area, probably Manila. This way, foreign divers or even locals would know where to go, what to ride, etc. Basically, how to get to the dive spots, especially the remote ones.
