Puerto Galera is the northwesternmost municipality in the province of Oriental Mindoro, Philippines. It is located at the southwestern end of the Isla Verde Passage, about 130 kilometers south of Manila.

As one of the most beautiful Puerto Galera resorts and hotels, Scandi Divers (Scandinavian Divers) is located on the beautiful tropical island Mindoro, about 150 kilometers ( 90 miles) – south of Manila in the Philippines, far from the noise and smog of the big cities. Mindoro is one of the last tropical places left on earth that’s not yet overrun by tourists.
One of the most unusual aspects of the diving sites around Mindoro Island is the rich mixture of hard and soft corals. Also the big difference between high and low tide gives great opportunities for some serious drift dives!
